I managed to finally acquire the rest of the Monogatari series: Second Season arcs. Here is the last arc from the TV season; starring Senjogahara herself in the lead role.
Koimonogatari is the fifth arc of five in the Monogatari Second Season series (technically six if you include Hanamonogatari). The story is now set after the events of Nisemonogatari and each arc follows the individual female heroines who had apparitions of sorts from Bakemonogatari. For instance, Koimonogatari covers the Hitagi End arc featuring Hitagi Senjogahara as the main lead instead of Koyomi Araragi.
It's worth noting that as each arc goes along there may be spoilers up ahead, so you have been warned.
Each Monogatari Second Season arc is split up for the US releases and Koimonogatari is one of them. The set contains a cardboard box with art from the Japanese volumes as well as a mini booklet, artcards, a picture scroll and the Blu-ray case with 2 discs. The box itself is very slim and flimsy but they at least fixed this with the newer Aniplex sets. The Aniplex sets are region free and this is no exception, plus the subtitles are unlockable. The Monogatari series is only available in Japanese with English subtitles (because the meaning will be lost in English dub form and the subtitles are all over the place).
Unlike the first three Second Season arcs where they each had an Ominbus recap episode, this set only includes the six episodes from the arc though much like Nekomonogatari White it is priced $10 higher than the others.

Plot Synopsis (via Aniplex):
On January 1st, Hitagi Senjyogahara calls her nemesis, the con-artist Deishu Kaiki, to request his services. "There is someone I'd like you to deceive." The request is a bitter one for her to make, but one that would save her and her dear Koyomi Araragi from a "death sentence."
Kaiki starts to research his target, Nadeko Sengoku, the junior high school girl who became a god of North Shirahebi Shrine. As Kaiki investigates her background, he finds her secret, which she has never told anyone, including her beloved Koyomi Araragi. Can Kaiki save Hitagi and Koyomi before time is up?!
