In addition to the Funimation items I also acquired some Anime Limited sets from MCM Birmingham. These were pretty solid deals so I decided to grab them sooner than later.
Blood Blockade Battlefront (Kekkai Sensen) is a 2015 anime adaptation of the manga of the same name from studio Bones and published by TOHO Animation. BBB has been widely regarded as one of the best anime shows in recent years, and it does show especially with its English dub which is pretty damn good. I've checked out the first few episodes and I'm so happy to finally own this show at £35 compared to £55+ prices online.
The Anime Limited Collector's Edition release offers more than what Funimation did with their version. The UK collector's set contains the entire first season in both English & Japanese audio with English subtitles plus a 120 page booklet housed inside a box with a digipack for the discs. The Blu-ray contents are identical to the Funimation version so you're not missing out at all. The region is B only and the subtitles are unlockable.
