The Light Music Club have their own rhythm game! Here's an overview of the HD remastered version of Houkago Live!!

K-On! Houkago Live!! is a music rhythm game based on the K-On! franchise. The gameplay is similar to other game-pad based rhythm games where you press the button that matches the one on the screen. The songs in this game are the music that the characters sung in the anime's first season and from the character CDs. There are a total of 19 songs in this game.

The game is entirely in Japanese but considering this is a rhythm game they are fairly easy to navigate so it's considered import friendly, baring in mind the cutscenes are in Japanese. You can also play this game in 3D.
