Unboxing [UK]: Blood: The Last Vampire - Film (Blu-ray)

Today I am proud to announce that I have just received one of the rarest Blu-rays from Manga Entertainment!



Blood: The Last Vampire is a 50 minute film about a vampire slayer Saya who goes around killing vampires and monsters with her sword. This film became an instant classic back in 2000 and is well known for spawning a franchise including two anime shows; Blood+ and Blood-C. This film was licensed and dubbed by the old Manga Entertainment.

This UK release from Manga Entertainment UK is a direct replica of the Manga Entertainment US release in North America, any version between the UK and US will be compatible with both regional players. The Blu-ray release is only in English with scenes in Japanese with forced English subtitles.

Plot:
At the Yokota Air Force base in Japan, a nervous American military is on the brink of the Vietnam War. But a greater threat exists within the walls of the heavily guarded compound: Vampires. A team of top-secret undercover agents dispatches a mysterious young woman to destroy them... she is the last remaining original.

Blood: The Last Vampire is available on Blu-ray and DVD from Manga Entertainment in both US and UK branches and also from Madman Entertainment in Australia. The Blu-ray release will be hard to find, so be aware of that.
