About The Normanic Vault

The Normanic Vault is the place where I discuss various topics that I want to go over. All of them are in connection to Japanese entertainment, whether it's anime or manga, video games or visual novels and even live-action cinema including titles from other parts of Asia. Every now and then I will also mention western games and media in relation to my collection hauls.

The main focus of the blog has been towards unboxings. Unboxings are when you have a new item joining your collection and want to show someone what the item looks like in terms of its packaging and contents. I've been doing these unboxings for over five years and it's been a lot of fun sorting out. It's helped a number of folks as well on what whether they want to own these particular releases.

Other areas that I talk about on this blog include Industry News segments where I recap the latest anime releases from Funimation, Discotek and Sentai Filmworks as well as a brief recap of the UK industry to help folks have a rounded up selection of information in one place. The Funimation round-ups are the most notable of the bunch as their main website is locked behind a geolock so my posts are there for those who can't access the original Funimation website.

About the Affiliate Links/Banners

The Normanic Vault features affiliate links and banners from the following websites:
Amazon UK
Play Asia
Solaris Japan

All three websites are legit and one of the biggest contributors for offering Japanese content for the fans, whether it's an anime or a video game. Clicking on these links will direct you to the product or site like normal and it's only when you purchase an item of any choice is when I will earn a very small portion of the revenue. These links are completely optional and are there if you want to help support me.

There are also ads displayed throughout this blog as part of Google's service. This is also optional and has been adjusted so that it's safe for work, and fits the blog's theme and content. Don't feel bad if you are using an Adblocker, these ads are there as an added bonus just in case.
