New batch of anime have just arrived, starting with one of Funimation's longest surviving Limited Edition sets from 2012.
Aria the Scarlet Ammo (also known as Hidan no Aria) is an action comedy series following Aria and Kinji, two students who go to a school full of mercenaries. The show aired back in 2011 and unfortunately was unable to gain a second season due to the sales of the first season.
The Funimation release contains the English and Japanese audio with optional English subtitles (not locked) for the Japanese version. The only version that I could picked up is the Limited Edition artbox since a standard edition was not released at the time. The two Blu-ray cases have different formats between them, one case contains 2 DVD discs and the other contains 2 Blu-ray discs.
Due to a technical issue, the second Blu-ray disc is locked to Region A only despite labelled A and B.

Anime Summary:
Aria is a volatile girl who wields two pistols and two swords and holds the highest rank in assault studies at a high school for young mercenaries. This pint-sized prodigy swoops in to save her classmate Kinji from a dangerous high-speed chase, but he ends up saving her after he switches from a boring wimp into a total hot shot! His secret? He only turns into something of a James Bond when he’s turned on! Convinced Kinji’s an ace, Aria strong-arms him into being her partner—but she isn't the only femme fatale who wants a taste of his coveted combat skills. Aria gets Kinji for one mission, but he’ll end up with more than one finger on his trigger!
